Oak Manor Senior Living Community is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Marketing for our Assisted and Independent Living Community. To perform this job successfully, you will need to be highly self-motivated with the ability to meet monthly sales goals. The ideal applicant will be comfortable in both phone and face-to-face sales settings and must possess the ability to build rapport in a short amount of time, influencing decision makers while being empathetic.

Compensation:

• $75,000-$90,000 base plus generous bonus plan

Job Summary:
The Marketing Director oversees the coordination of all inquiries, admissions, sales calls, public relations, community events, correspondence and communication with customers at the designated facility shall be in accordance with the philosophy, policies and procedures established by the company. This position requires someone that is familiar with internal and external marketing skills.

• Lead existing marketing team
• Develop internal programs and coordinate/execute events for our residents as well as providing opportunities to invite our community into the center.
• Create and implement both long- and short-term quarterly marketing/growth plans to achieve budgeted census, quality mix and occupancy target.
• Develop sales opportunities, skilled nursing/LTC, monitor and respond to online referrals, develop and maintain relationships with placement agencies & with referring hospitals by identifying, initiating, nurturing and maintaining contact with physicians, social workers, case managers/discharge planners.
• Must submit census and sales reports as required using company developed reporting tools with the Executive Director and Administrator.
• Maintain records and results on all referral and admission activity.

Education/Experience:

• 2 years of experience in an Admissions/Marketing position in healthcare environment
• 2 years of Marketing Management Experience
• Assisted Living care experience required
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to discuss clinical evaluations with providers and other caregivers within facility
• Travel is local during the business day.
• Will have a positive outgoing personality
• Exhibit good time management and organization skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
